Yuzu Essential Oil

Love this EO! It’s become a staple in my face oils, to brighten and refresh.

Great smell. Citrus-y and not too overpowering, and it lasts for a while. I put it on my hair (a few drops) for aromatherapy.

This beautiful Japanese citrus fruit oil is equal parts citrusy, sweet, tart and extremely relaxing, soothing and almost magical. I respond very well to this one. If you're a fan of citrus, you really can't go wrong with Yuzu. It's the best parts of a lemon and grapefruit combined.

Since moving to Japan, I've fallen in love with Yuzu -- it's citrusy and reminds me most of lemon, but has a much more floral note. I was so delighted to find it as an essential oil at Plant Therapy, and the scent does not disappoint!

Yuzu has a very pleasant citrus-y scent. I like to blend it with Lavender for the diffuser.

Yuzu has such a beautiful, light, fresh, citrus scent. It is lovely.

Yuzu is a hard essential oil to find for purchase, but Plant Therapy carries it. I was teaching a class that called for it in a formulation. It has a light citrus smell. It’s calming, and soothes the nervous system. It’s a warming blend.

I’m glad I finally tried yuzu as it’s become one of my favorites. I much prefer it over lemon and lime, so usually sub it for those in recipes. I often add it to my lotion blends as well and my skin likes it.

I really like this scent, perfect for soaps!
