Organic Cold Pressed Black Cumin Seed Oil

Naturisa Organic Cold Pressed Black Seed Oil arrived double sealed to prevent tampering. This bottle came with a separate dropper to conveniently extract the liquid. The directions recommends taking one teaspoon daily so it would have been nice if the dropper included measurements. I ended up, pouring the liquid from the bottle to a spoon to consume. I only use the dropper if I want to extract oil to use on my skin. I do like that this product can be used orally or topically.This organic black seed oil has a light to medium viscosity. It is yellow in color and it smells and tastes peppery. The taste is slightly bitter followed by a spicy aftertaste. It is a distinctive flavor but it’s tolerable so I prefer to take it directly. After using this product for several days, the superior quality of this black seed oil coupled with consistent use has helped with my joint pain.I am very pleased with this product. It’s easy to incorporate into my diet and it supports many of my health concerns. So I plan to order more and continue using this product for skin, hair, immunity and joint health.

This jar is marketed for taking as an oral supplement, however I actually ordered this to add to oil blends for my skin/hair. Out of curiosity, though, I did taste it, and the flavor reminds me of the slight bitter kick that homegrown carrots can have when raw. The oil does have a scent (which reminds me of carrots). The oil absorbed quickly into the skin without any sticky/oily feeling, so I think it should work great for my skin/hair blends. It came in an amber glass bottle with a regular lid and an eyedropper lid. The oil is USDA Certified Organic by OneCert. I did not see anywhere on the bottle to indicate where the oil was made. The expiration date is 6/2026, which aligns with a normal shelf life of 2 years.

Update: The lot number and exp date are stamped on the bottle at the top in light yellow print. I missed this the bottle is brown for goodness sake haha. It’d make more sense and be more easier to locate if it was in the corresponding sections on the label.First thing I noticed there is no lot number or expiration date. Why? If it’s an organic product this should be included for consumers. Not sure if I can continue using this product since I don’t know when it was made or when it expires.

Organic Black Seed Oil is a staple in our family. We have used the liquid and capsules but this extract is a first. On the surface, it actually seems to be a potent and easier version of the supplement to take but the taste will most certainly drive us back to the capsules. We will muster through this however, as I’m curious to see if there’s any discernible difference between the other versions.

I hate the taste, it tastes like pepper but it really works. Put it in tea or juice if you can't stomach the taste alone. I've noticed my hair has grown, sleeping much better, pain has really decreased. My husband had hypertension and it's normal since taking Black seed oil!! He's no longer on blood pressure medication, per his doctor. There are many great benefits!! There's an issue with the cap, it breaks very easy while unscrewing. Both bottle caps have broken when purchased. I've recommended Organic Black Seed Oil to my friends and family. I've purchased some for my family members as well. Try it, you won't be disappointed!!

I am constipated ALL THE TIME! It’s frustrating! I’ve been taking this for about a week now and every since the 3rd day, I go every morning like clock work. I take this twice a day. In the morning and at night before bed. If this doesn’t do anything else, it has done enough!

I really like this product. I use it on my hair, face & ingest it daily. This brand is Organic, Vegan and Non GMO, which is superb. What I like the most is the taste. It is not super strong or overly bitter. I would definitely recommend.

Deep earthly taste that gets a little use to but the health benefits are outta sight! My mom swears by it and do I. Highly recommend.
