Good for respiratory issues.

This isn't my favorite sleep blend but I do love it for congestion or allergies because of the blue tansy. It's not really something I diffuse regularly but specifically if I want something for clear breathing at night. This is definitely a more medicinal blend/ aroma rather than "Mmm, this smells delightful. "
