This is another scent that I keep in my scent arsenal. I use it in a passive diffuser. Lasts a couple hours, fresh and pleasant. I dont know that it actually keeps my munchies at bay but it is a worthy scent to have and try.

Smells Lovely

I use it in my diffuser in my office. It really does make me not want to munch on everything in sight. It doesn't completely get rid of ALL my cravings (I'm such a snack monster), but it helps me cut back a significant amount. Not to mention it just smells nice! I'd use it even without the food relevance just because I enjoy the scent.

Munchy stop

I have used munchy stop before my period when I crave sugar. I put the oil on my wrist and it really works. Processed sugars give me headaches but for some reason by body craves sugar when my period is right around the corner. I have find myself putting this oil on and not pacing in the kitchen to find a snack.

It's not my favorite. I haven't lost any weight, but I probably haven't given it a fair shake. So, I'm trying it again by rubbing it in the palms of my hands. We'll see.
